REFUND POLICY.
1. Donations
Basmatie vzw greatly appreciates the generosity of our donors, as your contributions enable us to carry out our humanitarian and community-focused initiatives. Given that donations are voluntary contributions to support our mission, they are generally non-refundable.
2. Errors in Donation Processing
If you believe that a donation was made in error, such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction, please contact us immediately at basmatie.vzw@gmail.com. Refund requests due to errors must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect that a donation was made fraudulently or without authorization, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with our payment processors to investigate the issue and, if verified, process a refund accordingly.
4. Special Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider a refund for exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Basmatie vzw’s management team.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
